PVC Insulated Power Cabl
Product Standard
The product, manufactured according to national standard GB/T12706.1-2002 or International Electrotechnical Commission Standard LEC 502-199, is applicable to transmission and distribution lines with an AC rated voltage (uo/u) of 0.6/1kv and below.
Flame-retardant cables are manufactured according to company standard, with flame-retardant performance in accordance with the requirement of national standard GB12666.5.
Flame-resistant cables, which are manufactured according to company standard, are in accordance with the requirement of national standard GB1266.6 in terms of flame-resistant performance, and ided into A and B flame-resistant types (950-1,000℃/90min, 750-800 ℃/90min) according to national standard GB12666.6.
Low-smoke low-halogen flame-retardant cables are manufactured according to company standard, with the flame-retardant performance in accordance with the requirement of national standard GB 1266.5, and light transmittance of no less than 35 percent, and hydrogen chloride release of no more than 100mg/g.

Product Model, Name, Application Range
Model Name Application Range
VV Copper-cored PVC Insulated and PVC Sheathed Power Cable laid indoors, in tunnels and pipelines, the cable cannot endure external mechanical force, and single-cored cable is not allowed to be laid in magnetic material pipelines
VV22 copper-cored PVC insulation steel tape armored and copper-cored PVC sheathed cable laid indoors, in tunnels, pipelines and underground, the cable can endure external mechanical force, but cannot endure large tensile force. Single-cored cable is not allowed to be laid in magnetic material pipelines.
Note:
1) ZR-is added before the number of common flame-retardant cables; the flame-retardant cables are characterized by difficult combustion or second combustion in a certain range when combusting, and application to occasions with higher intensity of cables, such as power plant, metro, tunnel, high-rise building, large industrial and mining enterprises, oil fields and coal mines.
2) NH- is added before the number of common flame-resistant cables; the flame-resistant cables are characterized by power transmission under normal working condition, normal operation in certain time when combusting, and application to occasions related to fire-proof safety and fire-fighting and lifesaving, such as nuclear power plant, metro and high-rise building.
3) DDZ- is added before the number of common low-smoke low-halogen flame-retardant cables; the low-smoke low-halogen flame-retardant cables are characterized by flame-retardant performance, lower smokiness, low hydrogen chloride release amount, and wide application to occasions with certain requirement on smoke concentration of cable combustion, and release amount of hydrogen chloride gas.

Product Service Characteristics
1. Highest rated temperature
when the cables are used for long term, the highest working temperature of the cable conductor is 70℃; when in short circuit (the longest sustaining time does not exceed 5 seconds), the highest temperature of cable conductor does not exceed 60℃.
2. Installation Requirement
During laying, the environmental temperature is not lower than 0℃ and the allowed minimum bend radius is: single-cored cable 15 (D+d), and multi-cored cable 50 (D+d) (D is outer diameter of cables, d is diameter of main conductor). Product specification.
